I totally love jelloff rice, but i would love to know where im going wrong when cooking it as i keep burning it. |

you prolly stir it before its done. . . . if you must stir do it with a ladle wen its almost dry |

turn down the heat to the lowest |

Excess oil can get it burnt too |

Turn down the heat to medium and Do Not Stir after it starts boiling. |

Make sure that your pot doesn't have burns from foods you've cooked in it before. And if you must stir, do so with a ladle. |
