Are you saying this guy which can't be more than 15 years of age committed murder I don't believe that it's a set up. Besides nobody has the power to banish any one who is a Nigerian from anywhere in Nigeria.
The Constitution gives every Nigeria the right to move freely and conduct his business anywhere in Nigeria.
Even if he committed a crime,he is still a suspect, innocent until proven guilty by a court of law,where he gets to defend himself through a competent lawyer.
Who are the accusers,who is the judge ? Just like that you banish someone without giving him opportunity to defend himself.
