You are very right. womanliness is self cleansing, however ladies have beware of who they sleep with. Because of the composition of ladies womanliness, infections dont show on time unlike guys. maintain a high level of hygiene and insist on condom everytime

i see this a lot in my practice as a doctor , the problem can be persistent if you don't get the right treatment and can be recurrent even after getting the right treatment . Most cases of foul smelling vaginal discharges are not due to dirty habits , some of them are due to inappropriate use of antibiotics , douching or surprisingly the use of disinfectants in the private part . my advice to ladies is to seek proper medical treatment and avoid self medication
