The reverse should be the case.. Think about it. ..you cannot damage an already constructed building to fix a train route.. But u can build around it... In that case you design for vibrations.

Some said he wants to waste river state money....... some said that kind of project will not work in River State that he has swallowed the fund. while some said he should use federal government fund and fund the project in River State if truly he was genuine............

That project could have been the best in Nigeria but the present governor decided to abandon the project and face other things while structures decay at the site.

Sure it is more likely the building was there first, but it could also be the other way round and not simply ruling out the possibility.

What do I think?
These Chinese people are same as Japanese people. Very quiet and emotional. They never open their mouth to complain about problems and difficulties. They just carry everything within. Plus they won't go to church.
With time, the stress and problems build up within them.
And eventually somebody jumps onto the train track to commit suicide.
