They frameworks to be used are going to be decided by all the developers all together. All works would be on slack and github for now till we can afford an office space, but each interested developer will be assigned a deadline for their work. Check my number above please.

If this is indeed a startup, you have to first come up with ownership clarifications, nobody will want to put in time and get paid from proceed of sales. Distribution of equity or shared ownership is the way. Since people will be working without pay from the start. Learn from the startups that made it.

I agree and a legally binding agreement sealed in a high court;
with a very detailed & laid out business plan and proof of reasonable startup funds generated; at least some part of it.
Else, these type of people are just looking for free programming labor.

No professional coder would waste his time on stuffs like these.
