A Chinese national has been arrested and his paper recycling company, Benco Investment shut down in Kenya after the countries Water Resources Authority conducted an unexpected pollution crackdown following a complaint of by local residents. The Chinese businessman was arrested for directing raw sewage and industrial chemical waste into the Chania River.
