Summary. The Ministry of Sports collected the sum of $150, 000 erroneously sent to the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) by IAAF, the world body. Letters back and forth for almost two years and money not refunded. IAAF wants to ban Nigeria if money is not returned in 2 weeks. The Minister of Sports is aware of this shame. Who swallowed this money in the first place?
