All this things is just empowering China to be independents from most US ecosystem. Already China has walk away from any trade negotiation and most Chinese has vow to boycott Apple and buy only Huawei and other Chinese product. This will negatively affect Huawei sales worldwide but their sales will increase in China and dont forget China is 1.3 billion market that is twice America and EU market put together.

Already China wants to release Baidu Chinese equivalent of Google earth and Gps to non Chinese nation and they are already working on equivalent of Google suite and eco system for all Chinese phone markers.
At the end another OS will emerge from China to compete with IOS and AOS, which every phone maker that want to compete in Chinese market must make available, also another ecosystem totally independents of US ecosystem will rise from the east.

All the Chinese needs to do is strengthen there market in Africa and China. From there, they can kiss the US and EU goodbye.

EU is not in support of what America is doing except UK which is traditionally knee jack follower of US. Chinese just need to come up with something as good as AOS or iOS if not better. Anything less is a bad market in EU because they don't have to suffer inferior OS with Chinese, Chinese nationals can take inferior OS due to Nationalism but they have to provide others with something equally good if not better to jump the ship.

From what is on ground, it will take China 2 to 3 years to get there, China already has local ecosystem but they did not internationalized it which I don't know the reason behind that, may be they don't want to compete with US, however they don't have choice than to internationalize it right now.

All this is just gonna strengthen the company more and accelerate China's tech industry's growth

The Chinese ain't lazy people who the American government can bully, I believe the company and China as a whole will come up with new stuffs that will rival American made gadgets soon enough

You are right, you don't just dust HTC, Apple and co behind if u are not a gamer, Huawei was already on course to dust Samsung, that was why Samsung changed strategy and started releasing lower cost but very good midrange phones to keep Huawei and other Chinese OEM at bay. America's intension is to slow them down or ultimately kill them, they v done it to Toyota and Toshiba in the past, Toyota had to partner with America owned auto maker GM to established plant in US before US government stop persecuting them while Toshiba had to give American chips maker free asses to their patent design and latest R & Ds for them to stop the persecution of Toshiba. It killed Toshiba but it Strengthen Toyota.

I'm hoping they come up with something way better cos the US is really bitting more than they can chew. Lots of insights from your post though.
