You people just like criticism without looking at the positive side of anything.
To start with , this is employment opportunities Contractors, Architects etc, are they illiterates?
Bricklayers will make money, plumbers will be millionaires. Will they employ illiterate plumbers to do the work?
Are the road and building contractors illiterate?
Who will get the contract for street light and wiring? Illiterates I guess. Roadside furniture makers will be employed too.
When the school is ready, maybe they will employ Peppers sellers as Lecturers and instead of graduates and herdsmen as non academic and supporting staff.
Danfo drivers will also be in charge of the school clinic while Meh Suya will be Bursar instead of a graduate.
Are people not to be employed in hostels and other places in the institution?

Get your fact right it was Late king Oba Oladele Ibitoye that gave them the land more than ten years ago and is C&S not Celestial church
