Ile Ife - Can't think of a food at the moment, all I can think of is their love for emu aka oguro aka palmwine. Our neighbor, Ilesha are well known for iyan - pounded yam. |

Benue state {oju}: pounded yam and beneseed or egusi or ogbonor with dried fish and chicken nt forgeting the opehe{local spice}. Fufu{akpo} and beneseed or egusi, ogbonor or bitter leaf soup{ejuju}. Casava starch and ogbonor or atrukpa. Men there many more. I love some fast localy prepared soup too. Food basket. |

For us the cross riverians,the calabar people we are known for our famous edikang ikong and afang soup and epang nkukwo, listing but a few and I trust nairalanders to add their own to this but that will not affect the price of crayfish in the market. Lmcao.*tongue out* |
