Appearance.... This is a market term used to denote making a part look different from. For example making a new Chinese clone part look like a Foreign used part. Making a Nigerian used engine look like a Foreign used engine Making modifications to a part to make it look like it would fit a different vehicle model. Adding parts to make a part look like it's originally came complete. The list is endless but happens every day in the various spare part markets. If you have experiences with this topic, feel free to share. The pics below are Nigerian used engines have begun the process of appearance. I've seen this done @ ikokwu here in PH. They use a well diluted acid or acidic solution give the looks toks engine after pressure washing it. |

And i was considering an engine transplant  .Now i can't trust that sparkling new looking toks engine anymore  .One way or the other, i must have been a victim without my knowledge. |
