For some times now, I discovered dat some apps dat has worked on my phone (nokia n73) b4 could not be installed again: indicating Application error.

Also, when I’m downloading anything thru Om5.0 it get stucked at 99% dat I have to cancel d operation. I guessed st must have gone wrong somewhere. Scared of flashing d phone cos it’s too new for dat. I’m thinking of embarking on partial re-format (thru, press down call button, 3 button & x button simulteaneously method) wont dis delete the pre-installed apps on the phone memory like Tools folder containing Bluetooth / Infrared / Data cbl / profiles / Settings / Themes / File mgr / App mgr / transfer / 3-D tones / Conn. mgr / Voive mail / Speed dial / Voice cm. / Device mgr / Sync / PTT / Actv. Keys Modem / Anti-Virus / Help / About / Sett. Wiz/

AND

also deleting other folders like Document / Games / headlines / Images / IMAletTone / Installed files / ipdc / j2me / NEF /Other / Sound clips / temp / Usage Tracker / Video clips / VoxTrack

Nothing wrong. Its from MTN. If you try downloading with bolt it will complete without problems. .
If you format your phone with the 3 key combo, no original folder would get deleted, but your contacts, messages and all other user-embedded stuff into the phone memory would dissapear
