Happening right now at Wuse Market abuja Aminu Kano crescent, 3 cars just somersaulted on top of each other.

According to an eyewitness, the cars were on high speed before they failed brake and somersaulted.

However, we're yet to ascertain if they're any casualties.

My question is, how could any driver have been on such a speed that can cause this effect around Wuse Market? That road is always busy with hold ups (apart from the traffic lights sef).
