His policies are anti immigration. He is pandering to racists sentiments and seems to play racists cards as a distraction. Most of the policies he screams about never gets implemented but his racist fans enjoy the hype and entertainment.

An example is the Mexico tariff increase to curb immigration. Counter intuitive. Mexicans would have lost jobs and increased the immigration flow. The irony is that the US economy was built on a friendly immigration policy. All his wives are immigrants. He is the son of an immigrant. Mark Zuckerberg clearly has immigration root. Steve Jobs biological father is a Syrian by the name Abdulfattah Jandalie. I didn't even know this until recently. Under a Trump policy, Jobs wouldn't exist and definitely not Apple. He revolutionised modern computing as we know it. Trump has not achieved the thoughts in Jobs head and never will even though he calls himself a tycoon.

I see many countries losing talent to America daily and losing productivity. Our doctors and professionals are constantly on the run. We get a free path to have our babies in a developed country that gives them citizenship at birth. These things make us not fight for our rights at home. Even our leaders easily tap into the blessing. To maintain the lifestyle, they steal and keep stealling. With that tap closed, we would be forced to start looking inwards and asking the right questions about healthcare, education etc. I think African leaders would be on their toes because the pressure is mounting to fix us.

Will America get better with the scaremongering? I don't think so but thankfully, they seem to have reached escape velocity however, global economics and politics makes thing turn fast.

They won't have a Brexit challenge thankfully but I see a global trade realignment. The Huawei fight as we see is about technology. Unfortunately, it signals a threat to other OEMs like Samsung and LG. There will be a lot of underground dealing to reduce this risk in future. Google days as a dominant OS are numbered. It already affected Apple. From number two phone sales in the world, they are now number three. Losing the spot to dear Huawei.
