There are mortalities(deaths) and morbidities (defects that don't result to eventual deaths)
If he could have as many as 46 deaths, only God knows how many people he has rendered permanently disabled.

We are in trouble. It is part of the patients bill of rights to ask for certificate of doctor, but what if the certificate was forged as in this scenario? The issue is that we have to be intuitive in consulting doctors. Overseas, in some countries like India, MBBS holders just watch. It's only Ph.D. holders in medicine that are consultants and surgeons. You can't easily fake a doctoral in medicine. Every clinic supposed to display qualifications of doctors on board for public scrutiny and to point fingers if necessary.

Dont mind them the aclimed qualified doctors in Nigeria can't even meet that record. 455 against 45 is a very good results results , they should give him certificate of excellent to continue the good work

It is part of the patients bill of rights introduced by Osinbajo in 2018. Patients now have rights to ask for doctors qualifications even before consultations.
