So i spoke the truth about how some people here would wish for Africard to be permanently blocked and a...in fact i don't know what to call this person. Decided to banned my account and deleted my post. I just want to say well done to who ever you are. I do hope you sleep well tonight.

Of course there are such people. I know there are people who pray and probably even work to get Africard eliminated. Capitalism is a dog eat dog world

I am trying to withdraw with Africard from a UBA ATM but it keeps telling me I have reached my daily limit and I have not withdrawn anything yet. Please is any one experiencing this too?

Try zenith or other ATM.

It's not everyone hitting 500-plus that makes the leaderboard. And you don't need exactly 500 to hit $100 considering you have bonus. Yes, $100 a week is not for average transcribers on Qa, but that does not mean that even "the gurus" are unable to hit such figures. Efosa's figures are probably more like $150 dollars on some weeks.
Nice stats here. Thanks. How much do you think a stark newbie can make a week?

Depends on how fast you learn and how available jobs are

Well, for starters, English is not my problem. Punctuation rules and those other rules of theirs shouldn't be a problem.

The issue I had the last time I attempted this was hearing clearly. Any tips for this?

Also, I ran out of time and the time started reading with a negative sign. What is the implication of this?
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by Inehmesit: 6:07pm On Mar 18, 2020
Thanks for responding boss, I passed the test, but I’m having a problem, each time I open my dash board, I’ll see like 2 or 3 calls to transcribe, but after like 2secs, they’ll disappear. Even if I refresh my browser, it still won’t show
PattyMike:
.
Again, read the thread from 1-10. There is expo there that you can just copy and paste to pass the test. But if u cannot hear them well, use an earpiece. If u still cannot get somewords then you have a mountain to climb. It will be extremely difficult the first few weeks but you'll understand it easily as time goes on.

avoid British calls for a start. Google is your most important tool in the job, Google strange terms, words, phrases, acronyms, etc. Since we didn't grow up in those countries it is natural that it takes slightly more effort to pick up some things.
As for punctuation and sentence structure, those raters can make you question your education.

They're allocated significantly more time. About 7 hours to complete a 10 minute British call while regular American calls would be about 3 hours plus

Meanwhile, I'm trying out some other transcription sites... discovered some that are good for beginners like myself that is constantly faced with poor punctuation, grammar structure, and the likes.

I saw some people suggesting we create a what’s app group, I think we should create a telegram channel instead, that way, nobody has to post their phone numbers here.

Are some people still unable to withdraw or transfer from their Africard? I want to withdraw around $200 from PayPal to my Africard but I am scared of stories that touch from UBA.

Africard is not accepted by PayPal at the moment for withdrawal. if u check previous threads na sell we dey sell give exchangers for the time being.
Contact webshopng. He's our trusted exchanger here with best rate of #320/naira for $200 upward. So far I haven't seen many exchangers beat that rate.

It seems UBA want to be able to verify the funding source. It should be a matter of explaining to your bank how you came about the funds

did you withdraw with your Africard? Did you have to go through any verification process in the bank? I'm a little bit skeptical about using my Africard yet.
