The Fox Network will begin screening WWE’s SmackDown Live in October after forking out $1billion for the rights.
And the channel has some huge plans for the show – which includes a bombshell appearance from the firebrand US President on the first episode, reports Sportskeeda

While there is no evidence that Trump himself has been approached, the report claims that Fox are discussing the move with the WWE and its owner Vince McMahon.
He even hosted WrestleMania IV and V at Trump Plaza in New Jersey in 1988 and 1989 respectively.

But Trump’s most famous foray into the squared-circle occurred in 2007 in a hair vs. hair match with McMahon member of the SmackDown creative team reportedly said that a cameo for The Donald – who has a long association with the company – is already being written.

He said: “Fox have asked for Trump so I’m trying to write something short and easy for him that makes him look good.

“Vince [McMahon] doesn’t like us to say anything bad about Trump so I’m just doing the best I can.”

The US leader was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013 and has made numerous guest appearances on the wrestling company’s television over the years.
