According to the story,d only evidence he murdered the corper is because he is having her phone,has he confessed to killing her? Could it be possible the man unknowingly bought a stolen phone whose owner is murdered?? The police tortured him for hours and he never said anything [though he's mentally challenged and his mom takes care of him]...He had to be put in a cell with inmates.... The inmates helped the police by calmly questioning him.... He later confessed to them that he had murdered and raped a corper[the corper had been missing for days].... He also told them where he dumped her body.....

So heartbreaking!!!..... And the corper was staying in same building with them.......
