Value Proposition to The Customer
1. The investment is to run for either 6months or 12months, whichever you choose.
2. Interest can be paid upfront on either monthly, quarterly, Semi-annually and annually.
3. Contract of Investment can be terminated by either parties subject to a minimum of two months notice.
4. Investors will receive Investment Contact Note, Insurance Certificate, receipt of payment and Estate Land Contract of Sales Document.

Product Description
1. Investment term is between 6months and 12months.
2. Interest on 6months investment is 20% and 12months is 25%.
3. In the event of death, the investors beneficiary has access to the 100% fund.
4. The investor gets land document equivalent to the value of the investment worth as a guarantee and at maturity you have option to sell the land at the present value through us or collect your the fund invested.
5. No termination is allowed on this investment before maturity and if need be, 100% of the interest will be deducted and capital remain payable.
