For example
AAU UPDATE scored 242 in UTME = 32 points
He applies for ACCOUNTING
He presents only one WAEC result=10 points
He has 1A, 2B and 2C in the necessary subjects. 1 A: 1 x 6 =
6points
2 B: 2 x 4 = 8points
2 C: 2 x 3 = 6points
His total points = 32+10+6+8+6 =62 points

*Example of 5 keys.... For a course like ACCOUNTING, the 5 key subjects are MATHS, ENGLISH, ECONOMICS, COMMERCE, GOVERNMENT OR CRS depending on your 0'level*

*DEPARTMENTAL CUT OFF MARK would determine if a candidate pass POST UTME/DE ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE OR NOT.*

*Note, CANDIDATES are not the one screening themselves neither are they ones giving themselves screening score.... If by any chance you calculate your score using this method, you will have to wait for AAU ICT to screen you and upload your correct screening score on your KOFA ACCOUNT, they alone know how they go about every process concerning online screening*
