6. Is the land dry? ie not water logged
7. Are any payment plans available?
8. What documents are available as proof of ownership? purchase? Are there any markers or beacons demarcating individual lots or does a wall need to be erected?
9. Are there any requirements to develop within a certain timeframe?

The land is 2km accessing from lagos ibadan express way,its a dry land not water logged,the road that link to the site is motorable and u can also access through papalanto rd.The land is so massive and what the land owner do is by selling in acres to individual,companies etc in which the buyer used their own beacon or marker to demacate and mark their land.Its 800k per acre net depending on how many acres you are looking.The industrial park on the express is part of d family too which had been acquired by government and you know people come everyday for d purchase of the land and the more they buy,the more the land goes inside inside.The land has survey plan,family receipt and a legal agreement by a lawyer.
