This land that is behind an industrial park, it is not itself set aside for industry?

With Industrial area so near, what kind of industries are there? Saw mills, fume-producing heavy industries?
Just want to know what level of pollution to expect around there.

Please make it clear if it is for residential or industrial ppurpose.

The land use around the area is mixed land use which depends on how the vendor want to use his or her own land.
