They know where the leader lives and they're still clinging to anonymity because of fear, let the rape section continue.

Hmmm

Jungle justice should be unleash on them one night, kill any one you catch. Since police is their partner in crime. When others hear about it they will run far from you.

Our problems boil down to poverty and lack of knowledge about family planning.

Nigeria needs to emphasize on importance of family planning, that is the root of our problems. Imagine all mothers today give birth to three children at most, it will be difficult for any of them to go rogue and if it eventually happen it will not be rampart as it is today.

Children that have been sleeping under bridge for long time, it will not be difficult for them to commit any atrocity at will.

Note: under bridge on its own is a school where all evil in this world is being taught, all you need is to choose department e.g department of pickpocketing and small robbery, department of raping and robbery, agbero and smoking department, etc.

Government legalize abortion and educate your citizens (especially poor people) more about family planning.
This is children of the poor raping the children of the poor. If they go near the children of the rich, they will return in a coffin if they're lucky
