Description

To Operate Pouching Machine, To make Stand up Pouch, Centre seal , zipper pouch , 3 side seal Pouch.
To mange Production activities

Responsibilities

Set up and operate pouch-making machines to convert laminated films into pouches
Read job specs and previous run data to determine material requirements and machine adjustments
Identify machine malfunctions and defective products; take necessary actions to correct
Measure dimensions of products to determine accuracy of machines
Conduct burst test, drop test, water table test and other quality tests on products
Adhere to all company, quality and safety requirements/ standards
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work area
Maintain rates for line speed, set up times and scrap
Report maintenance needs and safety hazards
Perform minor machine maintenance
Pack, mark, stack and stage products
Complete documentation.
Requirements
Qualification: B.Sc
Experience needed: 5 – 7 Years.
Key Skills: Pouching/Pouching machine Operator.

4. Job Title: Slitting Operator
Location: Lagos

Job Description


Operates machine to slit continuous lengths of materials into strips of specified width to meet product requirement.
Spaces rotary blades on machine shaft, according to width specified for strips, and turns setscrew to secure blades in position, using allen wrench.
Mounts roll or bolt of material on machine supports and threads material over tension bar, between feed rollers, and under rotary blades.
Starts machine and observes flow of material through machine to detect irregular cutting and winding.
Moves levers to stop, start, and regulate speed of machine and to align material with rotary blades.
Disengages winding shaft and removes narrow rolls of material.
Troubleshoot equipment and product issues.
Perform and document quality checks and testing.
Keep area clean and equipment in good working order.
Follow good documentation practices.
