5 articles? That's painful.
It's sad that there are some unfortunate souls here who cheat hardworking writers.
It can never be well with such people.

Thanks for keeping us aware.

LOAN TYPES TO AVOID
Sometimes, we run out of money, and loans are our only alternatives. Loans are needed for payment of bills, emergencies or even starting up businesses. In fact, loans are necessary for some situations, especially when you have a great business idea and do not have the means to fund it. However, not all loans are good, some have wrecked lives, businesses, and homes. This article would highlight some loans to avoid.
1 Payroll Loans
Payroll loans are also called Payday loans, salary loans or short term loan. The lender gives you (the borrower) an unsecured loan and expects you to repay it before the next payday. The borrower has to write a postdated check and the lender receives it as collateral. They also charge some amount as fees which result in exorbitant interest rates, as high as 400% annually. The danger here is, if the borrower fails to pay back the loan as at when due, most probably due to a shortage of funds in the bank account, the postdated check bounces, this would attract a penalty from the bank, then the loan would attract additional fees and an increased interest rate. The borrower would be forced to borrow again because they charge exorbitant fees and expect the swift repayment of that loan. The borrower might meet his monthly expenses but at the cost of a much larger debt to pay, which could be never-ending.
2 Car Title Loans
As the name suggests, this a shot-term loan where the borrower's car is used as collateral. The title of ownership of the car is temporarily in possession of the lender till the borrower pays back the loan. It is a loan targeted at low-income earners or those with bad credits. The lender ensures you have legitimate ownership of the car before granting the loan. They incur interest rates as high as 300% annually and are due in 30 days. If the borrower fails to pay back the loan, the lender who already has the title to the car sells it off to get back the loan.

3 Private student loan
Aside from the federal government, students could get loans from lending institutions, credit unions or banks. Federal government loans are not perfect, they offer a fixed interest rate while the private lenders offer variable interest rates which are a lot higher. Mind you, the government offers several loan modifications and alternative repayment programs that private lenders never offer.
4 Credit Card Cash Advance
This is a short term loan from the bank or private lender. They allow you to withdraw a stipulated amount of cash with the credit card either from the bank directly or ATM. These incur very high- interest rates and fees. Up to 7% interest rate is charged on the amount the borrower withdraws, which is above the normal credit card rates. Interest starts to accumulate almost immediately you withdraw the money and there is no grace period. Only use this loan during emergencies.
5 Overdraft Loans
This loan is offered by the bank where your bank account hits the zero mark. The bank offers the borrower supposed protection by covering payment on his behalf at the cost of a fee. The fee could cost as much as $35 each time it happens. The banks charge you for this loan and other transactions till your bank account rises above $0. When the borrower uses this facility excessively, the bank would remove this protection.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CHILD IS BEING BULLIED
The fact you've searched this up shows you're worried about your child. You may have noticed a change in your child's behavior, seen unexplained bruises or your child may have even told you of the bullying situation. When faced with this reality, never overlook or ignore, you need to act fast because bullying not only causes physical trauma but could also be psychologically damaging.
Here are a few steps you should take when your child is being bullied:
1. Have a heart to heart conversation with your kid
Make sure you have a discussion with your kid about bullying and keep tabs on his emotion. Talking with him would boost his confidence and assure him you are there to back him up.
2. Get in touch with the school administrators
You need to inform the principal, counselor or headteacher what's happening. Don't keep it to yourself. Since you can't always be with your kid, telling the authorities serves as a way of killing two birds with a stone as they'll keep an eye on your kid when in school and watch out for the bully.
3. Play your part
If your kid informs you that bullying takes place on the school bus, you can drive your kid to and from school while you explore other long-term methods of resolving the situation.
4. Encourage your child to hang with friends
Bullies are known to pick on helpless kids who move alone. Kids who move in pairs or more are less likely to get bullied. So, encourage your child to buddy up in school with a reliable playmate.
5. Encourage your child to engage in school activities
This is connected to the point above. Advise your kid to join an activity group like the school baseball team, the school drama group or a school club. Not only does this increase your kid's social circle, it also increases your child's reputation in school.
6. Teach your kid to be brave
This does not mean you should encourage your child to engage in violence, violence only fuels the already tense situation and your kid could risk getting suspended from school. Rather, teach your child to simply act boldly. Bullies pick on kids they see as fearful so encourage your child to speak back calmly and walk away. You can rehearse such a scenario with your kid.
7. File complaints
If things get out of hand, file a Notice of Harassment and inform the Superintendent of schools, the Board of education and even federal authorities. If your kid is still getting bullied, file charges with the Police.
8. Change of environment
If matters do not improve over time, the best alternative is to remove your kid from the negative energy around. Bullying could erode a kid's self-assurance and end up affecting their self-confidence in later years. Therefore, as a last resort, change your kid's environment.

HOW TO SPEND A PRODUCTIVE WEEKEND WITH YOUR KIDS
Kids grow pretty fast these days. In the twinkle of an eye, that 2-year-old kid turns 5, before you know it, your kid's now a 15-year-old teenager. Failing to spend quality time with kids during these formative years is an experience most parents regret when they're older. The Abba song, "Slipping through my fingers" perfectly captures this when Agnetha sings "The feeling that I'm losing her forever and without really entering her world". To avoid this, it's important you spend quality time and productive weekends with them.
How can you spend productive weekends with your kids?
1. Give your weekend to your kids
Each week, your kids deserve at least a whole day with you. Get rid of your phone, social media and engage in activities with them. You can use LEGO bricks to construct a house, a dinosaur, you name it! You can also play board games like Monopoly or Chess. If it's winter, you both can build a snowman! though please ensure you all are well covered up. Whatever activities you engage in, ensure these activities are such that require interaction between you.
2. Go for outdoor activities
It's important to know what your kids love. When you know what they love, it's easier for you to spend quality time together, it could be a sporting activity like baseball or soccer, it could be ballet dancing, it could be fishing, it could be skateboarding, just make sure you know what they show desire in and help them fuel their passion.
3. Watch movies with them
This has to be done in moderation, obviously, you don't want to end up spending the whole weekend watching TV with your child. Therefore, among activities for the weekend, watch a comedy movie with your kids. You'll be glad you did as there's nothing better than seeing a smile on your kid's face.
4. Eat out together
Instead of routinely having home meals, spoil your kids on weekends! Surprise them by eating out, get brain freezes with them! This may even seem quite childish to you but remember you're trying to have a good time with your kids; therefore, you also have to unleash your inner child.
These are just a few of the activities you can engage in. In all, you need to engage in activities that get you both interacting, this helps you enter your child's world and actively engage in the formative years of your child.

QUALITIES TO LOOK FOR WHEN HIRING A NANNY
Hiring a nanny is quite easy but finding the right nanny with the right qualities is tough. Nannies play a special role in the life of a toddler and somewhat play the role of a third parent to the child. Parents must take their time to assess thoroughly each candidate on these qualities.
1. Genuine Love for Children
This is the most important quality of all. Parents must lookout for a good nanny who loves and cherishes their child. A good nanny has a natural flair for children and friendly interaction with them. The love the nanny has for the child would be exhibited by the countenance of the child towards the nanny and others around.
2. Good reputation
A good nanny should have a good reputation with previous families she has worked for. Parents should run a background check on potential nannies for their children, especially for safety and convenience reasons. A nanny with a good reputation would most likely exhibit those awesome qualities she possesses towards your child if chosen.
3. Lots of Patience
It's never easy taking care of toddlers. They throw temper tantrums, cry a lot, mess up the room and exhibit other regular baby habits. A nanny should be calm and not easily get angered by toddlers' behaviors. A good nanny should understand the needs of the child and do everything she can to see to the satisfaction of the child.
4. Time consciousness
A good nanny should arrive at the arranged time to take care of the child. A nanny with good time management skills would benefit busy parents who have their day planned out and help with the organization of a home. A nanny should be early enough to drop the kids at school and do the household chores.
5. Integrity
It takes a great deal of trust to allow an individual you barely know take care of your child. Parents must closely watch the attitude of the nanny and ensure she has integrity, must be very hardworking and reliable. A nanny with integrity would not let out family secrets or steal from the family.
6. Flexibility
A nanny should be ready for anything that comes up concerning the child, including emergencies or any unplanned event. A good nanny must be able to adapt to any situation she is faced with, to be successful on the job. A flexible nanny would become invaluable to the family and respected.
7. Healthy Lifestyle
A good nanny should exhibit cleanliness and keep a close watch on the toddler's health and hygiene. A nanny should also ensure that the baby's surroundings and the whole house is free of dirt.

HOW TO PLAN A BIRTHDAY FOR YOUR TODDLER
Planning a birthday for your baby should be both memorable and fun. The most important thing is to make sure your child has a good time with friends and family. A birthday party should be organized according to the age of the celebrant, a 1-year-old toddler may not be bothered about the theme of the party while a 3-year-old may have his own preferences. Below are some nice tips for organizing a birthday party for your toddler.
1. Conceptualization
The first step to planning a successful birthday party is to conceptualize the whole event. You must have an idea of what you intend planning. How do you want the party to turn out? Is it going to be a big party? Who are you going to invite? All these are very important and must be thoroughly planned in your mind before carrying out the plan. This would enable you to have a clear idea of the budget set aside for the party.
2. Budget Planning
The budget would depend on the size of the party. You would likely need a bigger budget if you intend on throwing a big party. Having a planned budget would make the event properly organized, however, make sure not to spend beyond your means. Ensure you make proper use of whatever you can afford. Take into consideration the number of invites, food, decoration, costume, snacks and other necessities.
3. Who to Invite
Make sure you send out invites a few weeks or even months before the birthday party to avoid any disappointments. Your kid's reaction to large or small get-togethers in the past should determine the number of guests and the size of the party. Make invites to friends from daycare, family, and friends, however, just invite children that your child frequently plays with. There are some friendly invite "rules" that suggest you add two to your toddler's age and that would give you a solution to the invite problems. A 3-year-old should have 5 guests, a 2-year-old, 4 guests. If you invite more guests, make sure you have more adults around to help you.
4. Appropriate Food for the party
There should be separate food for children and adults at the event. If the party is not at mealtime, you could serve the guests some yummy snacks and drinks. Remember that snacks for the kids should be colorful and inviting in relatively small portions. If the party is at mealtime, it's best to serve them sandwiches, cooked veggies, cupcakes, baby carrots, cheese, biscuits, and other healthy food. Remember to ask parents beforehand if their children are allergic to any type of food. Nuts are a common food that kids are allergic to.

5. Never forget the cakes
Birthdays are never complete without cakes. The cake could be shaped into cartoon characters or you could make some cupcakes or muffins. Make sure it's tasty, you could use different flavors like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and other rich flavors.
6. Theme and Games
Your 1-year old is probably not going to be bothered about a birthday theme, but a 2 or 3-year-old might have preferences. Your theme should be in line with what your toddler loves. Action hero themes, Disney princess themes, soccer or car race themes are quite appropriate. You could organize age-appropriate games like a sing-along, Pass the Ball, Music statues, Treasure Hunt and other exciting games. Make sure the games are safe.
7. Presents and Goody bags
Presents are without question, the most important part of a birthday. Ensure you get gifts the toddler would appreciate for his age. Toy trains, children's books, crayons are perfect. Goody bags are a sign of good gesture. They are given towards the end of the party and it's a nice way of saying "thank you for coming". You could also put some food, toys and beautiful ribbons in the bags to thank your guests.

Publish the articles on your blog and on www.partica.com and turn them into your portfolio. In future, if someone gives you exact same topic and you are unable to write at the time, delete them and submit to the new client. They could still come in handy.
