The Shab is also known as the Bhakti, which is the initiate of the Seventh
Circle. Unless one is the lover of all things, he is never eligible to enter into the heavenly initiations. He abandons all pious practices and acts of austere devotion, and applies his intellect solely to the contemplation of the great Sugmad, the first cause; and, exempt from all evil desires, Soul is then already on the threshold of love, while the mortal self flickers like the last glimmer of a dying lamp.

The Sugmad takes control of all life through Its counterparts such as the ECK; the lords, rulers, and governors of each plane; the ECK Masters of the Vairagi; and those beings who are the Co-workers of Itself. All these work through and with the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master, whose spiritual body is stationed on every plane within the universe.
