Yes. But probably not messi.

He started out as injury prone too. He was lucky to have a team(and made sacrifices ) to nip it early enough.
His story might have taken a different turn.

Being injury free requires sacrifices from players too.

Barring someone like former Arsenal's Thomas Vermaelen, Barca generally fosters an injury free selection. (I.e. without players out for more than 2 months for injury regularly).

Could there be an art behind it?

Is it just favour?

Hard to tell. It may also be a footballing Secret!

Lol they aren't favored they trained to avoid injuries. Ronaldo is even the most odd one out in your list lol
