I have this agritech idea I want to develop. So, invariably, I need a programmer that can build business solution application (like SAP, Oracle, etc.) that could be used by agro-business owners to manage their business operations and also an online platform where they can connect with other industry players to buy and sell their products or get service providers in their niche. ( this will be similar to what Jiji and propertypro are doing)

Basically, I want to do the following two things

1) Build a business solution app

2) Build a site where people can connect to buy or sell their products or get services.


The programmer and I will become partners in this project and shareholders as the business grow and we woo funders. We first need to build the products before we woo already-identified funders which I believe will want to fund and become part of the business.


Note: I need the app/web developer to be from Lagos.

Unfortunately most death occurrence is unexpected and it leaves love ones and beneficiaries in difficult situations since most African parent daily business transaction is done in secrecy depriving beneficiaries the opportunity to take up ownership of the benefit of such business transactions after the owners demise. E.g properties , money at bank , money loaned out, etc. The process of identifying and making claim is also made difficult which even discourages beneficiaries from embarking on such claim process. E.g claim money in deceased person's bank account.

All these and many more problems is why thoughtfulthinker wants to develop a mobile application which tend to make public a person’s wish after his or her demise.

Mobile application: This is an electronic/online after death public dairy/archive that tends to spell out a deceased person's wish. This online dairy/archive is automatically activated to be made known to the public or third parties when there is non- activity on user's profile for a stated period of time. What it also does is that it spells out  a deceased person’s properties, all business transaction , beneficiaries ,next of kin and after death wish. Other services that would likely be provided through the mobile app is an ADVANCE CARE DIRECTIVE, INSURANCE POLICY SALES, E-RECIEPT, EMAIL SERVICE, QUICK AND ACCELERATED CLAIM. etc.
