If you buy AEDC (Abuja Electricity Distribution Company) prepaid unit of #500, they will give you a printed receipt. This guy bought something of over 1mil he was given a written receipt. This is my judgment:

He should be questioned/interrogated to see the authenticity of this story
His health status should be checked to see if he is okay
His reasoning skill should be checked.. Why would he buy those things for that amount?
