To accelerate the development and decongest the Federal Capital City. The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Administration has signed a N61 billion contract with Deanshanger Project Limited for the provision of engineering infrastructure for Katampe District through a public private partnership (PPP) arrangement.
Katampe which is situate in phase 2 of Abuja,is neighbored by Maitama, Jahi and Mabushi.
While Maitama a highbrow area is fully developed, Jahi is currently undergoing infrastructural development,Mabushi has no infrastructures yet. This is one of the reason that will make Katampe an investors delight now.
