Since he will not add the summary as a comment, so it won't be nofollow except he decided add nofollow tag to the link.

It is true that 95% of blog/comment are nofollow especially theme hosted using wordpress.

I asked cos i noticed that links in Wordpress and other blog softwares are nofollow by default.

To be frank i had no idea bout the do follow or no follow but after much research am sure its no follow by wordpress its by default.@afam enlighten me more on this.

It is nofollow by default for only comments
