Job Description
o The qualified candidate should be a graduate of Accountancy with a few years of experience.

Requirements

o Very conversant with the use of Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Ms Word.
o Must also be familiar with the use of TALLY.

Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos
The Job
 Achieve the company's sales volume for the month
 Ensure that product redistribution (van sales, open market sales) are delivered by area sales teams.
 Lead the creation of Joint Business Plans with each distributor to formalize and track the performance against the agreed targets and objectives.
 Responsible for the SOP of each direct-to-consumer team including route plans and correct use of the Sales Automation tool.
 Ensure effective coverage of the entire area through monitoring of the redistribution processes with the distributors
 Coach and mentor Area Sales Managers in all aspects of distribution operations to achieve company's monthly/annual targets

Job Requirements
The Person Must:
 Show evidence of a strong coaching and mentoring capability.
 Be capable of leading people and delivering value through people.

Qualification
 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
 B.Sc. or HND in Marketing

Experience
 Minimum of 1-2 years cognate experience in Sales management
 Have experience in redistribution sales (including route planning) and managing large distributorship.
Salary: N45,000

Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
The Job
 Achieve the sales volume in each of the distributor territories.
 Ensure that direct-to-retail and consumer redistribution (van sales, open market sales. Etc) are delivered by sales teams.
 Lead the creation of Joint Business Plans with each distributor to formalize and track the performance against the agreed targets and objectives.
 Responsible for the SOP of each direct-to-consumer team including route plans and correct use of the Sales Automation tool.
 Ensure effective coverage of the entire area through direct to consumer redistribution supported by a network of approved sub-distributors.
 Coach and mentor SS and SPs in all aspects of sales operations to achieve their monthly/annual targets

Job Requirements
The Person Must:

 Be capable of leading people and delivering value through people.
 Be able to source for distributors an sub-distributors

Qualification
