we all know this girl pulled down her elastic skirt just to justify herself, three steps and that sort will be about half the length portrayed in that picture. I'm not supporting anybody, I just don't understand why ladies love stressing themselves, those skirts constantly pull up and they LL be struggling to pull them down periodically.

Exactly, the woman was even saying "it's now that you pull it down".
