Most ulcer patients fear eating onions and garlic thinking they will have complications. Onions in fact kill the ulcer causing bacteria. Just Don't Eat Them Raw.
1.Slice onions in your own desired quantities.
2.Crush two cloves of garlic or you may do more depending on your salad quantities.
3.Add the onions to the garlic and mix. Put them in hot boiled water for at least 3 minutes add salt as well if you like.
4.Slice avocado and add the onion and garlic.
Eat well and keep healthy.
