Hi all,
I just want to bring to your notice a form of robbery by bank in Nigeria this is through their so called ATM machine.I made a transaction using an ATM in a bank which pride itself by offering it customer peace.Though this transaction was made not in a bank i use or any of it branches, I later got to know that i was debit twice for a second transaction that did not take place. All attempts to correct this mistake has proved abortive.Rather than experiencing peace with this transaction i am experiencing pains, turmoil and anguish.
I would like to ask,how would one correct this mistake.

Sorry but your money is not missing, and no one robbed you. This is quite common with most banks' ATMs in Nigeria. If the link goes down during a transaction, it can cause a myriad of problems. NORMALLY, the second debit will be reversed within 24hrs. If it's your own bank's ATM, I expect it should be much faster. We're still working on establishing a seamless interconnectivity, and then it'll be a thing of the past. Give us updates sha, but you'll get your cash.
