In the mean time, a state of emergency should be issued in rivers state and hotel owners association should be put on red alert, a swift adjustment of their check in and checkout procedures should be redesigned to at least make things difficult for his next move. From my small CSI movies I have watched, here are my contributions
1.The dead girls should undergo an autopsy to confirm if it's same cause of death for all of them. That establishes a pattern.

You've never heard of false confessions ? Also you can't arrest people just for being on her contact list. Also, what about the 9 million unregistered sim cards ?

It would be smarter to get the call logs of every girl, find what numbers is common in them, then question that person.
