Mystery power drain in a Toyota RAV4

This customer had changed his alternator, gone through two brand new batteries in four months and still had a battery drain problem. Car came in yesterday and took about 7 hours to figure out the problem. We stop charging at 4 hours (20k).

2010 Subaru legacy came in with a LONG history of repair. Single owner, purchased brand new.

And I paraphrase...

"Slow idling, the car jerks almost stalling. Great performance had deteriorated. Replaced fuel pump and when it did not improve the filter too. Car got better for a very short while and performance relapsed to what it was. New mechanic made it worse....had a tapping sound from the left side valves. During the process of gaining access to the troubles valves, the left side exhaust sprocket got damaged, had to bring for replacement before the job could be completed. tapping noise disappeared but repeated scan revealed advance timing issues and yet the car had no compression to move not to talk about accelerating. Had a to call another technician that said he has Subaru experience. He pointed out catalytic converter issue and got it done locally. The car can now accelerate but it still drags and jerk at low speed especially when the AC is on. It reduces when the AC is switched off.
Now I have some of my cluster lights on including check engine light and low oil for a car that was supposedly serviced with oil change last week.

How long does it take to do tune up.

If speeding and it passes over a little rough patch it loses stability; like dancing a little disco.

Completely forgot to do that. Was wondering why the website wasn't getting any traction lmao. I attached the website to us on Google but forgot to redirect. Will do it this evening. Stores pick their own emails but websites are assigned and maintained by corporate. I'll just redirect the domain.

Couldn't accept this car today. About 50 DTCs in all systems, car wouldn't pull and had to use generic settings, it was 7 hours for a teardown of the transmission and we didn't think it was the transmission anyway. We think impact messed up multiple computers and also electronic issues. Another purchase by a buyer without previous inspection..

Bitter kola has a lot benefits(you can Google it up). I chew that whenever i have voice/cough issues with a tablespoon of natural honey.
