Location is most important, it doesnt have to be in the high brow area of VI/Ikoyi. There is a wonderful Sharwama joint in Surulere that is selling so fast. The idea of Location is to have it in a commercial area, it must be clean and airy. Professionals in the shawarma trade, there is no need getting baba Sikiru's side kick just because he knows how to cut meat. Go to Sharwarma hotspots and taste what the competition is offering, grills and kitchen eqiupment. I hope this helps. |
