I think I am Anxiety attack or depression I don't know what to do, Iam have chest pain and feeling very awkward towards people nowadays, I have always been a little silent person but I was not afraid, I am always afraid now of what will happen out there, think about what people thinks of me, my only save place now is me alone and my phone, i can only cope with my phone and headset, I am a student, it has been hard been in a lecture room thinking about what if the lecturer ask me questions and I can't answer, I have not been to class for a while, last semester I only bought handout and read I did well but that is no way to live. what should I do
