If you place a dry leaf next to a burning fire the fire would not hesitate to consume it immediately. The fire must consume it because of its very nature. God by His nature must consume anything and everything that opposes His nature. We must put on the Lord Jesus Christ or we will be consumed by the ever-pure burning holiness of God. Jesus had warned us to fear the One who has the power to cast both the resurrected body, soul/spirit that would be conscious for all eternity in the lake of fire. Fear God and depart from your wicked ways. Members of your governing bodies will not be their to save you from the consuming fire of God if you refuse to repent and put your trust in Jesus.
