I don't usually get bothered about things but of recent I have been thinking something is wrong with me. it all began some months before I gained admission into the university and it has continued even after I have graduated. Once I sleep around past 9 or 10pm, I will wake up 12 on dot or some minutes past twelve but it never exceed 12:30. I initially thought it was because of church programs programs but it has continued even when not in church. Then I tried to be using piritin tablets to aid my sleep but it has not been working. Once I wake up by past 12, I will only be able to sleep at past 4. I am really bothered. Is there anything I can do to help me have good hours of rest at night Please ignore my typo |

See these two people that don't know what's up. See, carry bible to read u go sleep Get yourself into the mode of prayer and watch yourself sleep off in one hour . Pick up a motivational book and study u will sleep. Watch an move you have watched 10 times in the past, u go sleep like mumu So calm down and get yourself a real job that will burn your body to fatigue and watch yourself sleep like a drunk. why can't you sleep back when you wake up around 12:30? When you wake up just go to bed and avoid any thinking. Do exercise in the day(With breathing exercise).. Read a book to calm your brain before you sleep.. And sleep in a cool place.. |

@skyloaffish I've also not been having good sleep for more than a month now, 12-4 am is standard but after that 4hours  How are you coping? |
