START DATE OF THE CONTRACT: Tuesday, 15th October, 2019.


Note: This job is only for trucks that are presently based within Ogun and Lagos State.


HAUL MATERIAL : HARDCORE GRANITE (Known as Boulders, it is used for Construction project)

CONTRACT DURATION: 3 MONTHS CONTRACT,

UNINTERRUPTED DAILY JOB
(RENEWABLE TILL 6 MONTHS)

LOADING POINT: Mamu-Ijebu, Ogun state.

OFFLOADING POINT : Dangote Refinery, Lagos State.

HAUL DISTANCE: Considering the exact locations at Mamu-Ijebu and Dangote Refinery sites, their distance apart is exactly 100Km.

THE TRAVEL TIME (FOR A FULLY LOADED TRUCK): 2 Hrs plus few mins.


TRUCKS REQUIRED: 30 , 45 and 50 Tons capacity bucket/Tippers trucks

Any Tipper Trucks with a minimum of 30 Tons capacity is accepted.


NO OF TRUCKS REQUIRED: 20 UNITS OF TRUCKS


PRICE:
Note: We pay according to per Tons

N2,500 per Tons

No OF FEASIBLE TRIPS PER DAY: 2 trips daily,

between 7am amd 6pm.

Moreover: The job can also be done at night too.

Drivers can cover 2 trips at night too.

With the assigning of 2 drivers to each truck, based on a work shift arrangement, each truck can cover

2 trips in the day
2 trips in the night

Note: The loading site works 24/7 ....Non-stop
The offloading site also works 24/7 ....Non-Stop

PAYMENT METHOD: We pay 50% of the hauling fee at loading site (immediately after loading), and then pay the remaining 50% balance at offloading point.


OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. DIESEL: Truck owners will bear the cost of fueling their trucks by themselves.

2. DRIVERS WELFARE: Truck owners will bear the cost of taking care of their drivers daily welfare.


3. TRUCK MAINTENANCE :Truck owners will be responsible for maintenance of their trucks in the case of any breakdown.


4. AGREEMENT /MOU: We shall be signing an MOU/Agreement with the truckers which shall serve as a legal binding agreement between both parties.


5. MOBILIZATION FEE TO SITE: There is NO provision for any mobilization fee to the truckers to the site.

Truckers are expected to diesel their trucks to the site and get paid 50% of their hauling fee immediately after loading, and then get paid the remaining 50% balance at offloading point.

4. They will handle the purchase of their trucks

30 tons HOWO Chinese Dump truck (We need 100 units of it)

Partnership Requirement
