A very close friend of yours has done this,or maybe you've given out ur details unknowingly because there's no how someone would just come and withdraw some money from your acct without having one or two details regarding your account.just close the account and be careful next time

1.for u to buy btc worth over 100k, u need a valid id(drivers license, int passport or national id)
2. U av to hold d id and take a selfie holding the id, with a paper with luno nd current date written on it.
3. The account u are making payment from has to be same wth the name u opened ur luno account with
4. The atm u are making payment wth must have d same name as ur luno and bank account
5. Luno sends otp to complete d transaction...

Either op compromised his luno account or som1 close to him stole all his details. In other words, op compromised his details, therefore d bank cannot be held liable

most online transactions abroad don't require OTP.. I don't knw why banks can't incorporate it.

Instead if someone just takes a pic of atm card he can buy anything he likes on amazon or any other online business located outside Nigeria

Sorry about that. Contact Luno updating them that someone used your credit card details to make purchase, provide a screenshot of the debit alert. They will have a way of getting the info, blocking the user of the luno account and retrieving your money.

So sorry for that, I also happen to me sometimes in august, I was in ogun state and I received alert from GTB three times that I took taxify/bolt that day and they deducted my money.. Have go to the bank to complain they ask me to wait for 45days rill now my money as not be refunded so I report them to FCCPC they are still on the case. Cause GTB was telling me I use the service or my ATM was compromised.
After 2weeks it happen to my neighbor 2 same GTB 15k twice and this transactions happens at night. If you can afford a lawyer just get one now, or you money don go be that ooo.
