A Twitter identified as Sanisi Altine has on his page posted a picture of females taking part in the National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC) during the 1970s.

In the picture the female corp members could be seen on skirt while donning their crested vests.

The ladies in the picture were all guaranteed jobs after passing out. They served in the days when university certificates still meant something.

Today an average university certificate is as worthless as Zimbabwean dollars.

Now, the reverse is the case
