can anyone give me an idea on how i can build my chest muscles and biceps without weightlifting but through other exercises.

Honestly, the mai ruwa thing does the magic best.

A few weeks of pushing around a 10 jerry can truck, produces 4-packs never before seen.

Do a timed press up routine - min 60 press ups in 2mins. Do this twice daily.
Also do pull ups, ideal for lats, biceps nd shoulders. You will hv to find a pull up bar that u can attach to a wall or door frame. It MUST be able to bear ur weight. Finish of with Squat exercises for your lower body. Do 3 set of 20 reps each. Do this routine 3 times a week and watch ur muscles grow.
