She should increase her water in take ASAP!
Every morning when she wakes up, before eating anything, she should drink three glasses of very warm water, warm enough to make her sweat.
After that, she mustn't eat anything until after an hour.
If she continues with this lifestyle(Warm water therapy), there'll be huge improvement on her overall health .
