Experience this morning: After saving the biometric details using the offline software and the window indicates details saved click okay, the biometric details did not display when the S/N and PIN were entered onto the jamb e-registration site as new user. The site requires that I scan and input the thumbprints afresh. Anyone experiencing this same prob??
