Here is a video showing the moment Governor Gentiny Ngobila Mbala of Kinshasa was disgraced by his fellow Congolese In Paris. In the video making rounds online shows the moment his fellow Congolese poured the Governor water, pushed him down on the floor while they beat him. What angered the Congolese to beat up and disgraced one of their Governor in such a bad way is yet to be known.
