Prazo1:st ives is good if your skin is normal and doesn't have issues. But if you have ever been to the doctor or considered going to the doctor because of your skin, if you have itchy skin, if your skin looks dry and rough. If you have eczema and atopic dermatitis, the heavier fragrance free E45 is most likely for you.
