Some group of young sisters finished school with no job. They searched for job all over lagos yet nothing. Their father died years ago leaving only their mother.

True Life Story

My friends brother travelled ovesea in year 2001 in search of greener pastures.
After about 3 years my friend never said anything about his brother. According to him, life had not been easy for his brother. Things were tougher than they imagined. The brother manages to send little money back home to the parents which the father has been keeping. I sympathized with him and hoped for the best in their home.

Asking questions is very essential before making any real estate investment. You need to fully understand all that is involved in the contract before taking that bold step of investing in real estate.

Anything you don't understand, always ask. Say things like "can you expantiate on what you just mentioned"? This tells your Realtor that you are digesting whatever information he or she is presenting to you. This also makes you understand more what the land or property entails.

Lastly always try to read their terms and conditions and any other document you are presented with especially when buying from a Real Estate Company. This is very crucial so you will have an idea of what and what not to do.

Survey Plan
Deed of Assignment
Excision
Cerficate of Occupancy (CofO)

Every property must have at a least one. For those that do not have, you would have to process them yourself. Real estate company's that sell properties usually have them for their properties but they carry their own separate fees. That is, clients would pay separately to acquire them whenever they desire. They would not have to go through the stress of running around for the processing.

A Land title is essential because it shows authenticity of a land.
